Hi, I’m Samantha, but everyone calls me Samia, and I love helping people.

I first discovered Bowen technique when I needed help with my own back condition, and I fell in love with it. I quickly qualified as both a human and canine Bowen practitioner, and I’ve been supporting people and paws with a gentle approach to wellness ever since.

Bowen technique is a gentle way to improve your quality of life. A hands-on technique, it can help you find some relief for both long and short-term issues like joint pain, muscular problems, shoulder and back issues – it can even help with migraines and allergies. It’s also a great option for supporting your emotional and mental wellbeing, helping give you more energy and improving your mood. Overall, Bowen technique aims to support your body in healing itself quicker and more effectively, giving you the energy you need to really enjoy life to the fullest.

And for every benefit you see from Bowen sessions, your dog can experience it too.

My sessions are all tailored to you as an individual, so you can enjoy a relaxing and healing experience. Bowen is one of the most versatile and effective therapeutic experiences available today, so why not try it for yourself, or your four-legged friend?

I recommend Sam, from the bottom of my heart

"Sam has helped our little pooch, Dexie so much! He was dragging his little left back leg, up the stairs but now, he is going up and down, quicker than I do, playing and his energy levels have improved a lot! Also Sam has a lovely manner and love for animals, warmth professionalism, makes you feel that your little one is in very safe hands, with her! I recommend Sam, from the bottom of my heart"
